Mark Thurston, PhD is a psychologist, author, and educator who worked at A.R.E. and Atlantic University from 1973 through 2008. For the last 9 years he has been a faculty member and director of educational programs for George Mason University's Center for the Advancement of Well-Being. Among his publications are two books that are keyed to the A Search for God material: Experiments in A Search for God and Experiments in Practical Spirituality. He is also author of The Essential Edgar Cayce, and most recently Discovering Your Soul's Purpose, 2nd edition.
