Media Are Invited: Best-Selling Author Pam Grout Speaking at Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E.

Virginia Beach, Va. – For local media interested in showcasing the people and events who make Hampton Roads strong and healthy in mind, body, and spirit, Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. invites you to experience Pam Grout’s presentation Saturday, May 18 from 1:30 - 2:40 p.m. during the Do What You Love, Love What You Do Conference. Pam has decades of experience as a writer of nearly all forms. A New York Times best-selling author, world-traveler to all continents for National Geographic, and motivational speaker whose recent titles include E-Squared and Thank and Grow Rich. Little could prepare Grout for the fateful direction her personal story would take last fall. There’s no way to ease into it. Last fall, Pam’s only daughter, Taz, died in a car accident. “If anything, I’ve learned death isn’t the end of a relationship,” Pam reflected, “Rather, it’s an invitation for a different type of relationship.” Grout also channeled her energy into creating Taz Grout’s 222 Fund, which awards people, businesses, and organizations who are doing “quiet, kind things for the underdog.”
