Cathy Merchand is a long-time A.R.E. staff member. She became interested in the Edgar Cayce material in her early twenties. A transformative book that appeared at a time in her life when she needed it is one of the very same books that have transformed the lives of many inmates. That book was The Sleeping Prophet by Jess Stearn. She hopes that within the scope of her job at A.R.E. that she has helped change people’s lives for the better.
