Get Certified at Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. and Atlantic University

 Virginia Beach, Va. – Opportunities to expand your mind, wallet, and job prospects abound at the historic campus of Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. Throughout February and March, educational programs and coursework offer certification in meditation, hypnosis, mindful leadership, and more.

Feb. 15-18, world-renowned speaker, best-selling author, and master practitioner John Van Auken presents Edgar Cayce Meditation Training and Mentoring Certification Course. This intensive, experiential four-day training explores meditation techniques from Buddhist, Tibetan, Hindu, Kabbalistic, and Egyptian traditions, as well as Van Auken’s own “passage in consciousness” techniques, and more. Certificate of completion awarded.

March 4-9, learn to help others give up unhealthy habits--get certified in the ancient healing therapy of hypnosis. Dr. Jason Parker presents Foundations in Hypnosis Training and Certification Course. Designed for beginner through intermediate therapists, this week-long intensive covers advanced hypnosis and trance induction skills with experiential exercises, small group work, and case studies. Learn the tools you need to create positive and lasting change. Certificate of completion awarded.

Starting April 8, take your mind, body, spirit, and career to the next level with continuing education and post-graduate certificates from Atlantic University. The school offers two post-graduate certificates, and two noncredit, continuing education opportunities. Certificating programs include Mindful Leadership, Spiritual Guidance, Lifelong Learning, and Integrated Imagery: Regression Hypnosis.  The university emphasizes each individual’s contribution to the whole and the importance of service to humankind. Applications for the upcoming semester are due March 12, 2018.

Edgar Cayce founded the non-profit Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) in 1931, to explore spirituality, holistic health, intuition, dream interpretation, psychic development, reincarnation, and ancient mysteries—all subjects that frequently came up in the more than 14,000 documented psychic readings given by Cayce, who died in 1945.
