Katie Abbott, MS, RDN, INHC, earned her Master of Science degree in Public Health Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. She also became certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Katie is available for consultations through the A.R.E.Health Center and Spa.
